Our office prepares the claim package: photo evidence, damage scope, material specifications, and repair estimate in Xactimate format. We file with your carrier and track the claim through to adjuster assignment.
On-Site Adjuster Visit
We meet your insurance adjuster on-site and walk the roof together. Point out every area of damage documented in our report. If the adjuster misses something, we supplement with additional evidence.
Storm Restoration
Once approved, our Anza crew handles the repair or replacement at the insurance-agreed price. You pay your deductible. We do the work, file the completion paperwork, and you're done.
